Improved Help and Support
The new helpdesk is only available for clients. This helpdesk was created with the aim of reducing the amount of help and support required by clients, and also to improve the quality of the help and support that is received. The helpdesk allows customers to find information for themselves at a first step, allowing them to quickly solve problems without waiting for a response from our support team. The helpdesk system allows us to provide feedback as to where we are with the solution and also ensures that you can also comment to keep an open dialogue flowing until the issue has been resolved.
Improved Project Completion Times & improved quality of projects
Now with the "My Project" feature of our website, customers can easily keep a track of where their project is and how close it is to completion. In certain instances we may require extra information from a client, files, images, or approval, and all of this can be done within the my project system. This allows us to eliminate any blockages in the project, meaning that the project will finish on time, and within budget. Furthermore, it allows your team a chance to collaborate in one place, ensuring that if you have a larger team, everything is stored in a centralised place.
Improved Customer Advice
We noticed that some of our customers we asking some questions that we had the answers to, and in fact provided services for. They however, had tight budgets and wanted to undertake the work themselves. As we always like to see our customers succeed, we are happy to provide this advice. We've decided to take some of this information and place it online in order to make sure that all of our customers can benefit, and so that it's possible to review the information time and again if required. Our customers are often loyal, indeed a lot of our work is received via word of mouth! Some of the feedback we received was that our promotions were often aimed at gaining new business. To resolve this issue, we have also added promotions for existing clients! These promotions are not available on our homepage, but only in the logged in area of our page, and will differ from the promotions on the main page.
