The website was designed to be a simple informational website, with most of the content only shown after the tenants moved in. The company owner also wanted to ensure that spam emails were at a minimum.
The site was created along with website hosting, and an email address. Further to the email address creation, extra functionality was added to ensure that only those who were registered were able to send emails to the director, by white-listing email addresses in use by the clients.
Training was then provided to ensure that the client could easily upload the documents that were required, such as updating any maintenance news, the annual accounts and various schedules such as the bins and gardening. This freed up the owner to take care of his other work, whilst creating a central place for the tenants find any information that they may need.
